Hey, we're Joe & Jess 👋
Honestly? This started because we just really like caramel apples — the soft, chewy kind, not the rock-hard toffee shell that takes a run-up to bite into.
So we started making our own. Tart Granny Smiths, hand-rolled caramel, cut into wedges instead of bitten whole. Nothing fancy — just something we'd actually want to eat ourselves.
And just so we're clear: these aren't toffee apples. No hard shell, no broken fillings. We get why people assume that at first glance — we'd probably think the same if we hadn't made these ourselves.
We're still new here in New Zealand, but we've already got people ordering the same flavour over and over, which honestly still makes our day every single time.
